Interview conducted by Ines Bensalah

Pascale, you have an impressive career in tech, innovation and health. Can you summarize your journey for us?

I started in R&D at Amadeus, where I spent 27 years in various management positions, ranging from software development to consulting, from innovation to product management. I led teams spread across several regions of the world, developing solutions for the travel industry and contributing to significant technological advances. I managed a team mainly in consulting and innovation. At that time, we were already talking about blockchain and IoT with our clients, co-creating scenarios with major players in the travel sector such as Kayak, Expedia, American Express, CTRIP, etc.

In 2017, I made the decision to leave Amadeus to venture into entrepreneurship. This decision was motivated by a difficult experience: I was harassed for five years by an inconsiderate manager, which led to burnout. I told my story in a book, Wonder Woman’s Burnout, and I chose to leave this company that I loved so much.

In 2018, I invested in BEFORGO.COM, a startup in the travel industry. I eventually devoted myself fully to my own consulting firm, Yunova (https://yunovaconsulting.com/), specializing in innovation, AI and digital transformation for large enterprises and scale-ups.

What led you to the health sector and the creation of Yunova Pharma?

My experience in tech taught me a lot about problem-solving and innovation. However, I also experienced firsthand the physical and mental impact of high-pressure work environments, particularly after my burnout in 2017. This drove me to combine science, nutrition and technology to support health and chronic pain.

In 2020, I founded Yunova Pharma Neuro Nutrition Lab (https://yunovapharma.com/), a Monaco-based company dedicated to neuro-nutrition. Our goal is to develop natural supplements that promote brain function, reduce stress and improve cognitive performance through our unique approach, Nutrineural® Science.

Beyond your entrepreneurial activities, you are also involved in international initiatives. Can you tell us more about that?
Of course. Since 2023, I have been a Foreign Trade Advisor of France in Monaco, where I provide advice on international development strategies. At the same time, I am Publishing Director at Sowl Initiative by MWF Institute, a Monaco-based platform that supports women in entrepreneurship, art and culture. We organize conferences in Monaco on various topics, from finance to tech to sustainability.

What are your main areas of expertise today?
My expertise lies at the intersection of technology, business strategy and well-being. More specifically:

  • Innovation & AI – I help companies adopt AI solutions and digital transformation. Currently, I am writing a book, EntrepreneurAI: Advice from Entrepreneurs, published by Ovadia. This work, co-written with Dr. Yves-Marie Le Bay from the EuropIA Institute, presents testimonials from 100 entrepreneurs using AI or generative AI.
  • Business transformation – I support organizations through their strategic changes.
  • Product development & leadership – I have strong expertise in managing innovation at scale, with a customer-centric focus.
  • Neuro-nutrition & mental well-being – I combine science and nutrition to optimize brain function.

With your experience, what is your vision for the future?

I am convinced that the future relies on an intelligent integration of AI with human-centered solutions, whether in business, health or everyday life. My goal is to bridge the gap between technology and well-being, ensuring that innovation serves humanity in a meaningful and sustainable way.
